Flexible forming ERW pipe mill

This mill uses the most advanced forming system (F • F forming system), with forming steadily, high quality and convenient change specifications. We chose Germany COPRA Roll design software as our roller design guide and the final verification means. It consists of rough forming section and finishing forming section, the rough forming section can be suit to various size pipes, thus it could save 30% 60% rollers than normal mill. Save roller change and adjustment time, improve forming efficiency. Also reduce the investment and spare parts. The whole line adopts PLC control system, DC motor adopts digital speed adjustment system, with high precision and steady performance.
